What is covered: Every product sold by HurryPrasad is essentially covered by the sellers’ warranty and it will be spelt out on the product page. The contact details of the brand will be provided on the product sold. As a customer, you are free to reach out to the brand owner and benefit from the warranty.  All warranty terms are governed by the company selling it. We at HurryPrasad can assist you in getting a resolution for any warranty related issues. But please note that we are only a platform for selling the product and do not own the product ourselves. 

What will HurryPrasad do in case of a defect covered by warranty:  Replace the product or, upon customer request or if a replacement is no longer available, refund the purchase price.  Refund will be processed only on receiving the original goods at our office.  

Getting Service: Contact HurryPrasad Customer Service. If your product is covered under a warranty, and if you can’t find the customer support contacts for the product seller, we will assist you with reaching out to them; you are responsible for shipping the product to HurryPrasad at your expense. Returned products must be received by HurryPrasad in the same condition as received by the customer. We reserve the right to check the product for manufacturing defect or mishandling. A final call on replacement or repair will be taken accordingly.
